Therapy With Shania

A space for adoptees to explore their story, reconnect with themselves, and move through healing at their own pace. Grounded in lived experience, clinical training, and deep care.

About Me

I’m Shania, a trainee integrative psychotherapist & adoptee qualifying in 2026, offering therapy specifically for adult adoptees navigating identity, trauma, belonging and beyond.

I bring lived experience as an adoptee, a passion for justice and healing, and a trauma-informed, somatic lens to the way I work. My approach is relational, culturally aware, and rooted in the belief that adoptees deserve to be held with care, curiosity and zero judgement.

Right now, I’m in training and not yet offering 1:1 therapy—but we’re building towards it. You can join the waitlist below to be the first to know when sessions open in 2026.

Ethical Transparency

I am currently a trainee psychotherapist in clinical training and under supervision.

1:1 therapy will be available from 2026 upon completion of training and registration with the BACP.

Current offerings are not a substitute for formal therapy.
